Agenda Settings

Hi,

How can I get past agenda's to not show up in the agenda drop down menu without deleting them should we need to go back to see who filled a role?

The agendas are the data for the past roles. Therefore, if you delete them, the role history is impacted.

The drop down shows the agendas for the past 45 days, by default. You can show all past agendas by clicking the List All Agendas check box.

I largely define how the custom functionality works, such as the agendas, after reviewing the Improvement Suggestions forum section and consulting with the current FreeToastHost Ambassadors. If you have a suggestion for changing the agenda functionality, please leave a post in the Improvement Suggestions section of these forums. If enough other users post in support of the suggestion (or if I find it particularly compelling) it will be implemented in the next round of updates.
