We've had a handful of members leave recently, stating time constraints are the reason. Digging deeper it turns out the club was either not meeting expectations or something happened during a meeting that either confused or upset them. I'm feeling like some members might not feel comfortable reaching out yet. Is there some sort of feedback widget you have built in or could you suggest a widget I could port in as a link in the members only section? Something to allow anonymous feedback to the club.
I'd like to find out issue sooner than later.

Sorry we do not support anonymous anything.

The Toastmaster way to handle that is for the VP Membership to reach out the the member that has left and ask the questions.
