How do I recover a lost administrator password?

We've had some officer turnover, and the administrator password I had recorded no longer works. I clicked on the "forgot my password" link, and FTH sent email to the administrator of record. The problem is, that I have no idea who that is, and none of my fellow club officers know either. I'm VP Education and Sergeant at Arms for Rhetoracles Toastmasters, club number 5092.

Changing site administrators when the previous one is no longer available
