Email agenda no longer has member photos

When emailing the meeting agenda, the member photos no longer appear. The member photos still show up when looking at the agenda online. How can I fix this? Having photos in the email is a quick way for us to scan and see open positions for the meeting. I did a search but didn't find a solution. Thanks for the help.

Your agenda settings seem correct.

I've just emailed my club agenda and the pictures show. Can you see the entire width of your agenda on your email? You might need to scroll to the right to see the right hand side, although mine seems to resize to include the pictures regardless of the width. I presume you don't have picture downloads disabled on your email. Can anyone else from your club can see the pictures on their emailed agendas?

There are some fairly recent issues with email providers blocking images in emails. I am not sure that is what is going on with you, but I know I do see it some with gmail... I use gmail mostly. It is really hard keeping up with all the changes that email providers make in the name of security that end up basically crippling email and making it harder to deliver it. Keep in mind that I am a volunteer development team of one person (me). I will be trying to see if I can develop a new batch of workarounds later this year for all the new email "protections" email providers have created, but unfortunately right now you may be better off limiting your use of photos in the agenda emails. I wish I had a more encouraging answer, but ensuring that the FreeToastHost email features continue to function as intended is an ongoing, sometimes frustrating battle.
