We have several new members and even a few older ones unable to access our club website for Speaking Up #3816. How can I help them?

What is the problem? You will need to be more specific.

First names, Browser, issue, per member with a problem.

The existing members are getting an error message when trying to access the website and the new members are unable to creat their log-in info for the website. They keep getting an error message. Is there not somewhere on the page where I, as administrator, can inpur their email addresses to the page so that the have access? I couldn't find anything.
