I am the newly elected club President - yesterday I spent a lot of time on our club website working on the agenda (subbing for the VPE who is out of town) and I have accessed the website many times before. Today, I am unable to access the website so I can finalize and email out our agenda for Thursday's meeting. When I try logging in using Safari, when I type my name in the box, my name does not show up in the dropdown box to select so I can login. I also tried my email address and that did not work. I tried logging on using Google Chrome - my name appears to show up in the dropdown box, but it will not let me login using my saved password. When I try to reset my password by selecting my name from the dropdown box, clearing the password box so it is blank, and hitting Authenticate, nothing happens. No popup boxes come up indicating an error and I do not receive an email to reset my password (I also checked my Spam and Trash folders and it did not go there). I have tried shutting off and restarting my computer a few times to, to refresh my browsers. I do not have the admin password and login information as the VPE has that.

Did you try to click on the reload button at the bottom of the website? If not, try doing that...

Yes - I also tried restarting the computer a few times, and logging into both Safari and Chrome on another laptop (a PC). It worked this morning at 6 in the morning, but not now or anytime between 9am-9pm yesterday, so maybe the issue with the dropdown box not coming up has to do with the server being overloaded.

Member login: During times of high load, just type in your member email address and do not wait for the drop down.

When I try entering my email address and not waiting for a dropdown box, I get the error message below in both Safari and Google Chrome.
