Club Member Login Select Name function not working

I have just set up a Toast host website for Godiva Speakers, Coventry UK
Club number 5512178
Unfortunately I cannot add members as the "Select your name" drop down menu does not appear.
Is this a known problem?

Yes it is a definitely known problem. A new admin did not read the documentation.
