New member having issues logging in

Hello,

A new member has been added to our website. He created a password, however, when he logs in he gets the Create Password dialogue box. He then selects the Set Password box and gets an email stating that he has to access a link to login. When he clicks the link he is then logged in.

He gets the Create Password dialogue box every time he tries to login. He has cookies enabled.

Our club is 7818 and our website is: seamasters.toastmastersclubs.org/

Hello there!

Every time he selects the forgot password link, he will get an email that will automatically log him in. He needs to then immediately create a new password, so that he can log in every time he goes into the website.

have him check his cookie setting to these docs.
