Cannot Create an agenda! NEED HELP

I have created my template. Need to create agendas, CAN'T DO IT - When I try to create an agenda from a template the icons; i.e: pencil, email, none of the five icon's available when you are "editing an existing agenda

I have read ALL the documents in the support forum, nothing tells me how to get the icons to appear in the upper right hand corner. I AM THE SITE ADMIN. I am the only admin, I can logon.

Can someone please advise, how I can get these on my site to create Agenda????

1) We Always need your club number in order to see what is going on.

2) Please check your security settings to this DOc
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/i...orer-cookie-settings

3) To create dated agendas you need to be logged in as either the site Admin or the VPEd and click the + icon
