Admin Emails Never Received

Hello,

I tried registering my club for FTH and see that our site is active, however I never received any email with admin passwords to login and start using it. I verified my email is the public contact on TI's website and that no one else in the club has received it either. Every time I try to resend the password it never arrives. I checked spam/junk/quarantine files.

Would love to get logged in and starting using this resource!

You are not the registered admin... Jack Siulinski is. Any password reset emails would go to him as he is the registered admin.

You can request the registered admin be changed here : www.toastmastersclubs.org/change

Also, none of the members in Membership Management have email addresses entered. That will be a problem also.

I do not see any sites for club 2211

I do not see a request either.

Club 2211 is not listed as an active club on Toastmasters.org

I attempted to change the admin but it doesn't recognize our club number even when copied directly from TI or typed in without the leading zeros.

Ok, I figured it out.

Club number 1426328 has a website in the system using a website *alias* 2211

This is a problem. We cannot allow clubs to have aliases that are all numbers because of the potential for clashes with club numbers.

So, it is correct that club # 2211 does not have a website in the system. However, there is a club with that # as a website alias.
