Create Agenda button "+" is missing

As a club VPE, I would like to create agendas on our website, but cannot due to the missing "+" button. According to the "website support docs" the missing buttons could depend on our website setup or permissions. Therefore, I would like to request for the setup now. Thank you.

Please provide your club number if you would like help. If you include your club number in your signature, you won't have to add it to every post.

Do\ you see the "+" button yet?

As VPE(I've checked, you are set up correctly) you should see the following buttons at the top of the agenda:

FreeToastHost Ambassador
VPE HOT Toastmasters 2025-2026 hot.toastmastersclubs.org/
Webmaster Redlands Toastmasters 2025-2026 redlands.toastmastersclubs.org/
