club website

Hi there
I'm new to this so bear with me...
I tried to add a member to our club website. She couldn't log onto the system. I deleted her and tried to re-add her but still had no luck.
Any suggestions?

Yes, I followed all the steps. I used the quick add feature.

Brian, it is a hotmail address... a little reminder bell should go off for that.

Alan: please have your member reference the following: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email Particularly the section on Outlook.com/hotmail. MS's email gives us some occasional email security headaches.
