Printed Agenda doesn't look like Online Agenda

I am trying to print the agenda to include role descriptions setup with the agenda, however it doesn't look the same. The printed version leaves out all the information included in the description section when creating the agenda. What am I doing wrong?

You need to edit your agenda settings in the Meeting Agenda Settings module: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-default-settings

I have reviewed the Agenda instructions, and cannot find where there is an option to print description. The instructions reference "and descriptions if checked" - but that reference does not appear on my agenda templates. what makes it frustrating is the descriptions do appear when the agenda is emailed. I have spent way too much time struggling through this. I belong to two clubs and it works perfectly for one club #8181, and not at all for the other #1417483.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
