I create a meeting agenda and put the correct start time (12 PM) However, it shows up as 5 AM on the public calendar. Any suggestions?

Please include your club number so that we can check what's happening in case we need to.

My guess would be that the club time zone isn't set correctly. See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/basic-settings , about half-way down the page.
