Meeting Agendas - difficulty for VPE to insert names in monthly agendas

Club 692953 DTM Leaders District 36 has followed procedures to empower VPEs to create agendas, update them, empower members to select roles, yet we continue ot experience problems getting this function to work on our website.

Not sure what you are referring to, there is only 1 VPE per club.

Looking at the agenda you have set it so the VPE, Toastmaster of the day can edit the agenda.

There is no Toastmaster assigned so only the VPE can edit.

The VPE for the July 2017-2018 year reports problems. There is only one VPE at a time, but we have a history over a number of years that I have been a webmaster of problems with our club VPEs creating and members entering their information into agendas.
I wlll investigate and report back more clearly the nature of the current issue.

As VPE Im supposed to be able to enter the names of the people assigned the roles. I can’t. I was VPE for DTM Leaders several years ago for two years and for Do Tell also for several years… so I know how to do it but the DTM Leaders site won’t let me enter any name but my own. Thats it in a nutshell

They need to read the documentation on the Agenda system.

I read the documentation and tried to edit the current agenda as a member - not authorized to edit.
Then I tried it as Admin and was unable to make changes such as moving an agenda item up using the mouse (where to position mouse? how to make an item move?) - I tried to make a speaker #2 into an AD speech and officer installation item, but couldn't do it.
