Adding a guest to the list of guests will not help you with agendas... no connection. Also, if the person is the Area Director, then I would suggest putting them in the Friends list, anyway, so you do not send them promotional info.

The {GUEST} member is just a dummy place holder. Just create a member and make their name {GUEST}.

I added Guest as a New Member. However, on the Agenda the statement for role i, " Login as Member to Sign Up - " how do I sign-in since there is no-email for "Guest" and no password for Guest, and the agenda doesn't allow me to overwrite the statement above with Guest.

Use the pencil button to the right of the member select drop-down above to put the name in the item description.
