A member blacklisted her own email address by error & wants to undo it

An officer of our club accidentally blacklisted her own membership email address on our club's website. She sent out an email from the club's website using her officer's email address and she received a message asking if it was spam and that she should click the link to whitelist OR click the link to blacklist. The confirmation she received then said she was successful in blacklisting the address. She must have hit the wrong link (which is the problem doing it on the little screen of your phone). She wants to get her personal email address off the blacklist so that she can receive club emails coming from the club's website. How do we do this please? Thank you.

The admin can remove her address from the blacklist.

1) Please post your club number.

2) if you know who it is when report a problem a first name often helps us determin what is going on.
