Request website design evaluation and feedback for improvements

I, Jeff Miller, am indeed still the Admin (Webmaster) for the DTM Leaders club 692953 website.

I need your guidance and assistance with the following;

The committee, that meets as Jill's house on the Saturday before our meeting, has decided that the website should change. The suggestions are to make the picture of Paul much smaller and to put a club picture at the top of the website. Berry will be taking a picture at our next meeting. Alice requested that the committee members to look at the GUTS site. We are trying for a more up-dated look that would attack younger members. However, come to think of it, the picture of our current members doesn't showcase a younger group.
