Assigning /Editing Officer Roles

First of all, awesome job putting all of this together!
I have added an officer to take some of the load off the VPPR. I see that I can assign Other Officer to them. Is there any way to customize that role?

I want to give this new officer web editing rights, how can I do this?

All non-standard officers is "Other Officer"
