When entering the Assignment name and description, is it possible to add another column to include the allocated time, not necessary in description?

Currently shows time of assignment - example 19:45 Speech Evaluator (left hand column is the starting time)
Addition column could indicate as shown

Time slot Assignment name Allocated time Assigned to
19:45 Toast 2 min.........................Vic Manuja

The time is controlled by a pull down for each role. If you want the times to appear on the agenda that is in global settings.
