Assigning more than one website administrator

I am the club secretary for our St. Cloud Speaks Toastmaster's club #6413662 and wanted to know how to assign more than one website administrator if that is possible?

Our VP of Public Relations set up our website and is the assigned website administrator, but we would like to have more than one officer have access to work on our website if necessary.

It is best if you keep it to one, but all you have to do is enter another name and email address in the admin section of the website under administration.

Alternatively, you can use the Access Settings tab to assign access to different members for different operations: e.g. custom web pages, membership management, email and contact forms etc. This way, more than one person can help perform the different tasks, while you retain only one administrator. I think it would be rather chaotic to have more than one administrator. If certain people have been assigned to perform particular tasks, it's easier to ensure accountability. That's my two cents...
