Why is the Contact Us link grayed out? It is unchecked in the admin console.

You haven't provided your club number for us to investigate. The most likely situation is that you haven't set up any contacts for the contact us messages to be forwarded to.

See the Contact Form section on this page for details on how to set the contacts:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms
That can be done by your site admin or a member with access to the Email and Contact Forms module
