We have tried several times now to use the new member email function from both the members tab and the new member welcome tab and none of the them are sending out the email. Please help.

Hi, Magster!!

Okay, let's consider the New Member Welcome tab first. You will have:

1 - Opened the pulldown titled "Select new Member to Welcome"
2 - Selected a checkbox next to a member's name, and
3 - Clicked the Save button, per the instructions on the screen

...right? If so, tell me your name in the menu, and I'll send a new member welcome to you. We'll see if that works.

That's exactly what I did and it worked like a charm for a couple of years now. Suddenly - no longer working. The new members are Eric Miller and Shivaprasad Poonja. I am the admin on the page so usually I will get a copy of the new member email or even when a member forgot their password and request a new one.

I sent out three new member welcomes: to the two people you mentioned, and to you. I can look at some internal info to see what was sent out, and you can check if you got anything. Reading between the lines, it also sounds like the new members may not have explicitly told you that they didn't receive a new member email. If you did in fact get one, you might want to check with them also.
