magster01 wrote: While this would certainly be a possible explanation, we are still receiving the emailed agenda from the site from Admin <agenda@toastmastersclubs.org> as well as club emails from the site from Toastmasters Club 771864 on behalf of Margit Roberts, ACB, ALB . Thus it is not very likely that the company blacklisted the email address. Btw, we are not receiving the new member emails in the spam folder either.

While you make a valid point, I would also point out that the exact same mechanism is used to send new member emails as the agenda, and the new member emails functionality is a frequently used function by all the clubs using the system, and I have not touched the code in about 2 years.

So if there was a problem on our end, we would receive a lot more posts about it than from just you. I am not suggesting that there could not be a problem on our end. However, when all the facts are considered, it is less probable than something changing on your end that you have either not considered or unaware of.

I sent one from Send Basic Email but since I was logged in as the admin, the confirming copy would also be sent to the admin which is listed as you.

Ok, so you are receiving emails. Again, we have basically 2 mechanisms for email, and the one used for new member emails is the same as the one for agendas.

It is a well worn and frequently used functionality.

Additionally, we have records of the send emails being accepted by your company's email server in our system email log. (different than what wesb posted above)

Please understand that while we do want to help you, my experience and current indications are that we should direct you to check in with your IT department to see what is going on with the emails. Sometimes IT departments have an email quarantine area that is not readily obvious or accessible to employees.

I can provide you copies of our logs if need be.

Also, could you please verify your member email addresses in Membership Management? One of them looks inconsistent with the pattern of the others... Most company email addresses tend to follow a consistent pattern.
