The auto-notification for agenda change has been set for the VP of Education and the President at Secho Leaders TM (club number 1593835), but the VP of Education has not received such emails?
What could be the issue?

Your president and VPE have access to the agenda settings module, but no one on your site is set to be notified of any of the agenda changes
