Message box when emailing the agenda

Hello,

Our club number is 3898238, San Francisco Federal Building TM Club. sffb.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda-839457.html .

When I email the agenda to our club members, something has changed in the box where I type my message. Recently, the box became very small and square. When I type, it will not take returns to begin a new line. My greeting, text, and signature wrap around. I can't type a proper salutation, body, and signature. It looks very unprofessional. Why was this changed? Prior to this change, the box was a large rectangle with plenty of space to send a properly formatted message. Help!

I just double-checked the Custom Message box. It appears that it has been corrected and is now a large rectangular box as it was in the past. Hmmm.

Great!

Thank you.

Carol,

Can you send a screen clip of what your text looks like?

Thanks!

This is what it looked like last week. My salutation was on one line.

Hi Steve:

I used Snipping Tool on my first reply and put it in this box.

Here is what the email looked like. I've attached the top of the email.

My greeting, body, and signature are all on one line in the email.

I think maybe it was a glitch last week. Now when I try to email an agenda, the custom message box now looks normal with all of the tools available. Last week, the custom message box was tiny which caused my greeting to be on one line.

Thank you.

So, if the editor code did not load for some reason, you would still be presented with a text box in which you could type. However, the downside of that is that if you use the text box, it tends to eliminate the returns. (compresses whitespace)

I suspect that the editor code did not load for you. If you did not see any editor icons, that is likely what happened.

What you can do if that happens is to click the Reload link at the bottom of the screen to reload the entire website from the server. Usually that will fix issues like this.
