Way to set default Agenda Replies to All Members?

Hi. I've tried searching through the documentation and forums, but I can't find a specific answer. Back in the day when we would send out agendas, all members of the club would receive replies, and we liked this setup. Since the Agenda changes (months ago, I know, long story why it has taken me this long) this is obviously no longer the case and the option has been moved to the individual agendas. Is there any way to set the default on all agendas so that the replies always go to All Members? I see how to do it individually, I know that it stays on your computer so that you don't have to set it again, but I'm having trouble getting my club to remember to set it on theirs. The end result is that participation has been dropping and no one knows who's doing what. Is there ANY way to set this as a default from the global/admin level? Even a workaround?

Please read the documentation on this site on the Agenda Global settings.

Thank you, but I'm still not seeing what I need here. The options listed on that site seem to pertain to if someone makes changes to the agenda itself, such as taking themselves off. In our case, we send out the agenda with a "please confirm you will be at the meeting, we are more expecting that when a member sees that email and hits reply, that reply will be cast to all members. This works when you are on the agenda itself, click the email button, and select "All Members" in the "replies" section. Does that make sense? So the functionality is there, but it's not global.

If I'm just not understanding the documentation, let me know. I overthink everything.

Since the dialog is suppose to just remember what ever settings you used last, then just selecting "All Members" in the Replies To pop-up check list will make it the "default". As long as you do not change that setting, it should continue to come up on your computer the same way as last time.

While you may think the old approach was fine, it caused a good bit of confusion, and a number of clubs wanted more flexibility with agenda emails than was available via the old functionality.

I purposely put the new settings in the dialog where they are obvious and you do not have to chase them down in the admin console. All you need to do is just confirm that the settings in the dialog are still set the way you want them.
