how to change administrator for FTH 2 website

As the VPE of a relatively new club I would like to create a web page for our club through FTH. When I entered our club number your site states another club with a different name already is using the number and has a FTH page. Toast Int'l states that on their side records show that this is a previous incarnation of our club from years previous (although this is the first time we have heard about this nor do we have any way to contact the group). How can our club retain administrator rights to our club number to update a web page to be current?
