New public link does not open

I uploaded a new file into our club's website and made it public:
cma.toastmastersclubs.org/CMA_Club_-_Newsletter_-_2018-01.pdf

But when I tried that link in a browser, it does not open the file but it always goes to our main page.

I remember doing this for my former club 3 years ago and I know it worked to open the PDF file or ask me to save the PDF file on my local PC, but this time it was not working at all.

Please help.

To access any file in the file manager you have to use the link created by the file manager.
