How does a member select a mentor/mentee if admin edits are disabled?

Two members disabled admin edits, which seems to prevent the VPE and web admin from selecting it in their profiles. How can the member select a mentor/mentee when there seems to be no option for the member to do so except request one via a form sent to the VPE?

Your members can update their own profiles if they don't want the site admin to do it.

The admin or an officer with access to Membership Management can also assign mentors via the Membership Tools drop down. Here is the relevant documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/m...nel#membership-tools
