I cannot update member and email lists

I am the contact member on the TI website and thought I was the FTH site administrator but I can't log in because my password as site admin isn't recognised. When I click on the "forgot password" link, I don't receive the "forgot password" email. I have tried this several times now.

What I'm trying to do is update the email and member lists. How do I do that?

We need your club number to see who your admin is.

Or - log in as a member and look up your club email addresses. The admin is the last one on the list - their name shows there too.

Thank you Pam. I have logged in as a member and the email address for members is a group email. I cannot update it, as there doesn't seem to be a place to update member information.

Club number is 3314718 and I'm pretty sure I'm the site admin.

If you scroll to the bottom of the list you should see who the admin is. It is Alain. You'll need to ask him to set you up as admin (or he can give you access to the Membership Management module). If he is no longer available (he is listed as a former member), you'll need to follow the instructions on the link in my earlier post.
