Pictures not displayed on agenda

We have our agendas set that the picture of the member assigned to a role is displayed. When I went in to the agenda this week there is not picture just the name and designation. We have not mad any updates to the agenda template and the pictures were showing last week. Any suggestions.

There are changes happening in the agenda's, the pictures are now set by clicking the little person icon at the top of the member column.

Each member can toggle the display of member photos as they wish.

I switched the logic for the sign-up screen so that the system default is photos on. They can be easily switched off with the buttons at the top of the column.

Omaha Toastmasters Club 281 prefers the agenda photo off and not as an option.

We have been using FTH from the earliest days and were one of the first clubs to get setup on FTH2.

We have only used member photos for the "meet our members" page. Many of our members find the sudden appearance of photos on the agenda creepy. Many are not tech saavy and can't figure out how to turn it off. Which means that it is a waste of toner for printers.

Please return the default to off or give clubs the ability to make their own choice always on, always off, or user controlled.

Is the custom setting supposed to stick? Mine keeps reverting back to the default of showing pictures.-- NEVERMIND, I AM WRONG. I have 3 different clubs.
Also, I agree that the little icons are obscure. I didn't see them until I saw the message under the Administrator signon. I guess I should send a message to all our members. but I imagine that they will just live with it.
