Accessing an inactive ToastHost website

Good morning, My name is Alejandro Vera. I am an Area Director for Area Club D3 in District 26. I am also a member of Spectacular Vernacular, club number 03499473. When I tried to register a site for my club, I received a notification that the club number was already reserved ( 3499473.toastmastersclubs.org/ '). However, this page appears to be inactive.

I would like to be granted admin responsibilities for this site to help my club use ToastHost services.

I look forward to your reply and hope someone can help me with this request.
