Need instruction on changing agenda meeting length

8 years 2 months ago
#68773
We are a new club and just have got our website up and running. I searched for actual instruction on creating an agenda template from scratch, but the information is sparse. Everything seems to refer to using the agendas already there, which are only one hour and I need to create one for one hour and 15 minutes.

Please advise...

Using one of the existing templates create a new template for your meeting.
Follow the documentation here.

gindavis: The meeting length and resulting end time are the result of adding up all the individual times of the agenda items.

if you want a longer meeting, you need to decide which agenda items to add or make longer, and edit those to make the changes until you get the desired length.

You will need to make some decisions on how you want your meeting to run. The provided templates are a good starting place, but they are not a substitute for talking with your members and planning your meetings out.

Also, our meeting agenda functionality has quite a few features in it. You will need to review our documentation to get familiar. We are happy to answer questions about topics that are confusing or not explained in our documentation, but we will always ask you to get familiar w/ our documentation first.
