Pathways contact email problem

Hi. Club 4664 had its first Pathways Level completed today, but I as VPE did not receive an email requesting approval. The club president reports that she did not receive one. Our FTH contact email address contact-4664@toastmastersclubs.org is also our club email at toastmasters.org. Not sure what the problem might be. Can you help?

Hi Annette

There are a couple of things that may have caused you not to receive the Level Completion Request email from Basecamp.
1) Has the member requested the level completion? I am assuming that this is a Level 1 completion. The member needs to go to their transcript and activate the 4th item in their curriculum to signal that they have completed all the tasks
2) Is the member concerned a dual member? If so, and they have completed step 1) above, were they logged in as a member of club 4664? The completion request is sent to the club the member has set as their "home" club.
In the attached screenshot note the Status: message. This will tell them where the request is up to in the process

If the ideas above don't seem to answer your question, try logging in as Base Camp manager and check the Pending Completion Requests tile. The request may be hiding there.

Does anyone know if Pathways email notices are only sent for unapproved Requests for Approval, i.e. NOT sent if already approved?

You can check by logging into your Basecamp as a Basecamp Manager if there are any outstanding requests to b approved.
When someone submits a completed level the Basecamp Managers are notified.

I understand. I did that. I was just wondering why I never got an email about it and if our email setup is working. I guess that next time I will wait for the email. Thanks.
