These are very good points... thanks for your post. :)

I think the dual membership issue is particularly thorny and is likely to cause a lot of confusion and headaches for clubs moving forward.

Because Base Camp is essentially a corporate learning management system (LMS) that WHQ adopted, having a member of two clubs would be the equivalent of an employee working for two companies... unlikely to be supported in an LMS (an edge case). However, it is much more likely that a member could be a member of two clubs... WHQ's workaround that requires you to set which club you are working with (your "home" club) before using Base Camp is a bit hacky at best.

I had the same problem with my first member finishing Pathways @ 2004846 club.
She sent me an email letting me know that she sent the request. When I signed in the Base camp the request was there, created last Wednesday. Never received an email.

Your find a club page w/ Toastmasters ( www.toastmasters.org/Find-a-Club/02004846-oc-toastmasters ) does not list a club contact email address... So you should not expect to receive any Base Camp notifications. :pinch:

No, that is incorrect. It is whatever email address that your club has entered in Club Central for your club email address.

We recommend that you use the FreeToastHost contact address, as it has other benefits to your club and then we also handle the Base Camp notifications routing for you.
