3 of the new members I recently added are crossed out on my list and can not gain access to the site. I tried to correct mistakes on their email address however, nothing seems to work please help!

Entered a week ago and still has lines through and says "NOT ACTIVATED YET."

All new members, guest, prospects, etc must click the link in the privacy email they received from the FTH site. They MUST opt-in. This has to do with the new EU GDPR privacy laws.
