Add Area Director email address

Is there a way to set it up so that certain people (like our Area Director) have the ability to send an email to all of our members or all of our officers through one email address? I could add them as members, but I don't want them to receive all of our member/ officer communications. Thanks in advance!

Your Area Director can email your officers using their alias president-nnnnn@ etc.
We do not allow people not in your members list to email officers-nnnnnn, or members-nnnnnn

There is an option to whitelist non members, typically used for club coaches or mentors. You could extend that to your AD.
