Notice: Reset Password Failed: This user is blocked. If this is an error....

Club #6990556. I'm the site admin for our club and I am unable to reset the password. Error message received is: "Rest password failed: This user is blocked. If this is an error, please contact an administrator." The email address associated with the admin account is marie.garcia@armor.com.
Please advise

You are not the site admin, Emily is and and password reset would be sent to her.

The attachment you posted shows the login for these support forums which has nothing to do with someone being the website admin. So what is the real issue... Is there an issue logging into these support forums? Apparently, you were able to get in because you were able to post a support request.

If it is related to the admin login for your club website, then you need to use the reference and change form that Brian is pointing you to.
