Can't log into club website

Hi,
I am Area 32 Director , District 61,Division D. I have the President of CMHC Club #9824 (Kevin Chapman) who can't access the Club as a member nor as Admin. The VP-PR/Administrator is not responsive and will be away from attending the Club until November.

Is it possible to provide the password to access the Admin console so he can ensure he is added to the list of members/Officers. Can he change the Administrator or does he need to have a vote from the executive?

Have the club President or who ever will be the site admin follow these directions.

I will pass that information along. However, I have received notification of an automatic reply of failed message that there is no-one assigned to the President email address. It leaves me to believe that he is not even on the list of members and officers in the Club website. Can he still send the change request?

I read the email and the Administrator is the problem, not responding.

I will, however have him send the request and will get back to you if we are not getting anywhere.

Surely, I though you could have given access to the President...

The email goes to 5he contact email at Toastmasters.org and the old admin one one has to click the approve link. The president and make themselves the contact email at Toastmasters.org
