Login link grayed out
7 years 2 months ago
our club website has been problematic forever. the site is
7305.toastmastersclubs.org
. the page opens but the login is grayed out and the is a circle spooling on the page. This occurs for everyone from multiple browsers and different networks. Typically a workaround is to click on another area of the page then the login button will then work but some members can't get it to work at all. Please advise!
Also my primary account kevin@netdio.net isn't working. When I attempt a password reset it says that account is blocked.
Thanks Kevin

1) click the greyed out link and accept the privacy policy. If you use multiple devices and browser you will need to do for each.
If you do not accept the privavy policy you cannot log in.
2) If they are having login issues have them click the reload link at the bottom of the site.
3) We are sending the emails to your email account. You need to add the servers email addresses (server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org) to your contact list so they will go through your email spam protection. Please see documentation on receiving email through outlook.com

Thanks for the quick reply. We're not getting prompted to accept the privacy policy. I'm testing on Edge and Chrome. I refreshed my browser a few times then the popup displayed but it doesn't do it without refreshing and other members won't know to do that.
In my testing I refreshed the page and X'ed the privacy notice then could login.
I closed the browser, went back to the site and the same thing.... login was grayed out and not showing the policy. I clicked on another link on the page, then the login button was active.
Same happens on IE, Edge and Chrome. Initially you just see the screen spooling and no matter how long you wait it won't activate the button without refreshing the screen. Some members report that refreshing doesn't help but it has for me each time.
It seems as if that policy script isn't loading completely.

7305.
I've followed these instructions for Edge and Chrome. The recommended settings were already replied. I also tried on my iphone x using safari and the home page loads but you can see a little circle spooling in the center of the screen. Only after refreshing the page does it completely load. I've tried this on and off of our network to make sure firewall was not involved. Is there anything you can do on the server to clear the cache or reset the site? Thanks

7305 I also notice on my iphone x the menu button is not responsive. I've also seen this issue on other phones... just now remember to mention it. Refreshing the page doesn't fix the menu button.. it simply doesn't work thus the site isn't usable on mobile. Thanks
