New member unable to set password/login

I have checked and the emails are going to the person in question.

If the links in the emails wrap to a new line they need to copy into notepad so the link is a single line then copy and paste into their browser.

Hi,. Thank you for helping me.

The problem has not been receiving emails. The problem is in trying to be able to authenticate so that she can reset her password and then access the member only part of the website. I am again attaching the message that she received with an error. She can not access the member only portion because she can not authenticate and get a password.

have her click on the reload link at the bottom of the club page and request a new authentication and click on the new email link and let us know what happens
