Our President has been acting as site administrator but thinks another can be.
I am VP Ed but don't know if or who is the other site administrator and where would I find that?

There is only one site Administrator per site it can be anyone the club chooses. The site admin can delegate different functions of the site to many of the officers.

Some clubs share the admin password, but generally we recommend that you instead use the access settings and delegate admin access as Brian is indicating.
