Club 3802
Please help. I have a member saying that he is not receiving members emails and when he enters his email and leaves password blank, he also gets nothing. The member's email address is bill@billsmallman.com.
Thanks,
Mark Perlik

Hi Pam
Thanks for the reply.
I already asked Bill to check his spam folder to see if the emails are there. He said that he already checked his spam folder and found no club emails.
Mark

Please ask him to try whitelisting anyway - his email provider seems to be blocking his messages

Hi Pam,
My email is off a personal account through Network Solutions for website www.billsmallman.com . Not sure what you how to "whitelist", and I could not open the article you referring to. I do not have Outlook, Gmail, or Company website. At the bottom of the article you provided, it refers for other email providers, and I could not open the article.
Bill.

Hi Bill
It seems that Network Solutions is not accepting the email. There should be an option for you to whitelist (or add to "Safe Senders") a domain (toastmastersclubs.org) on your system. You might have to contact Network Solutions to ask them to whitelist it for you.
I see what you mean about the link - I was forwarded to this one which I think is an updated version of the intended URL:
knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articl...753&pnx=1&lang=en_US
