Mentor/Mentee Report - How Can Club President get access to report

I'm unable to get access of mentor/mentee report as a President or as a web administrator. How can I get permission to get access.

Can you provide instructions.

Made edits(web administrator) under membership profile - assignment for mentor.

I verified Mentors are verified against Mentees, but when you select under membership profile, its is not properly reported correctly.

Example 1 :
Jessica member profile shows Kim as Mentor. When you go "select by group" - Mentor, its shows Jessica as "Mentor".
When you select by group for Mentee - Kim(mentor) is reported as the Mentee.
Example 2: Same as above, but added a second mentor, and the mentor is not reported under "select by group" for mentor or under mentee.

Please advise.
