Email addresses not recognised in members section

Can't access members' download cos I can't list myself as a member.

I have just put my details in at he 'single entry' page .... I put another member in and he awaits confirmation [struck out] ... I could not figure how to insert another member in that page ... just figured it was the 'NEW' tiny row that needed to be filled in ... I feel like I am Beta testing [grin!]

Will await the email to confirm membership.

tried to log in as member [now accepted as member] but no facility was offered to set password .... other passwords I have used come up as 'error'. Dec [frustrated]

You really need to read the documentation on this site.
Go to admin console file manager to upload the file.

Eventually Email arrived sorting out password. Curious system, possibly overly complicated?

Clicked on members downloads as asked. Downloads appeared but no method of uploading? Mega confused [we are extremely computer literate] .... Dec

Looking at the file it is not a csv - comma separated values file, there are NO commas between the columns.
What commas that are there are after the name and not after the designation.

You don't have that many members to add it would be faster just to copy and paste into the single add than to fix the file.
