How To Gain Admin Access for my Toastmasters page

Hello, my name is Will and I am taking on the position of Vice President of Public Relations for my club. As part of the position, I am to maintain our club's Toast Host website. I don't think anyone in my club has used it for awhile. I need to gain access to the Admin privileges for my club's website and I do not know how to do so. I do not even know how to sign in as a member. If you need to know the specific site, it is for the Mt Pleasant, MI Toastmasters Club. So far, I have contacted Toastmasters International, who directed me to Membership services that said only Toast Host is able to help me. Thank you for any help you can provide!
