New member is registered and paid at TMI, but has a line through his name, email and phone on FTH member management. He has already on pathways, but is unable to get on the FTH site.

FTH is not Toastmasters International we have no access to any information on toastmasters.org.

You must add and remove all members manually.

In order for the members name to be uncrossed, that member needs to accept being added to your website... Brian is right... FTH is not affiliated with TI
