User emails kicked out

Hi,
I am part of the RosevilleRappers club. Last week, the network was having problem and 2 members emails bounced back several times then got blocked. So we removed them. But we were hoping that we could put them back now that the bounce issue has been resolved.
Is that something that you can help address?
Let me know what other information you need.

The members email addresses are already in the membership list.

Thanks for the quick reply. But they are still blocked, we receive errors when we use them.

I just sent a test email, including you. Is the email being blocked by the dcx email address or the gmail address?

I got the email sent to me. The emails blocked are DXC. We changed them to gmail so they could receive our club emails until this is fixed. But they would prefer to keep their DXC ones.

You may need to have them mark toastmastersclubs.org or FreeToastHost as a safe sender.
