New Member has not received Opt-in email

Hello,

I wrote a couple of weeks ago regarding a situation where further information was required. We have had difficulty having a new member sign up for our club. Our club is Queen City Toasters Toastmasters Club #4447441. The member in question is Chris or Christopher Pinno. The email addresses that we have used are: Christopher.pinno@gov.sk.ca and cjp107@hotmail.com . The most recent request that I had sent was to the email cjp107@hotmail.com. Steve asked if the member received the opt-in email and he has not even though it says it was sent to him from my side. He removed cookies, checked his spam and to no avail still cannot set up to log in to the site. Can you assist me with this issue? Thank you in advance for your help.

I can see two emails that have gone to his Hotmail address.

He doesn't need to remove cookies, he needs to enable them: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

Also see this documentation and ask him to add @toastmastersclubs.org to his safe senders list as per the Outlook.com (formerly Hotmail) instructions. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email (email can be blocked before it even gets to the spam folder)

His name has been removed from your membership list, as it was entered more than 30 days ago. You'll have to add his details again (after he has followed the Hotmail instructions in the documentation).

no email was sent to Christopher.pinno@gov.sk.ca in last 4 weeks so the member was never sent an opt kn email to that address

Last email sent to cjp107@hotmail.com was april 8, he needs to add the 2 server emails to his trusted list server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org

Chris followed the instructions that were provided and I entered him into the system today. Thank you for all of your help, this worked and Chris now has access to our FreeToastHost site for our club! I appreciate the help. :thumbsup:
